If you have not already done so, you need to obtain your password
for the VOASA website. This is your key to many VOASA services,
as it will give you access to member-only areas of the website.

As a VOASA member, you now have access to an unparalleled collection

to make sure you take full advantage of them. |

How
can I review and update our company's information?
Look up your company in the Member Directory. Check to see that
the information we have is correct. You can submit changes anytime
online through the member-only area.

If
I join VOASA and pay now, what period of time is covered?
Joining VOASA during the current fiscal year, you will only receive
an invoice for the pro rata portion of the remaining billing period,
December 31.

How can I obtain an extra VOASA membership certificate?
You will need to complete a duplicate membership certificate order
form which we will then process upon receipt. To request an additional

can I cancel my VOASA Membership?
Please send an email to voasa@voasa.co.za with the name of the registered
company or individual that is canceling their membership, the Membership
number, and a comment that you would like to cancel your membership.
For statistical research purposes only please state reason for cancellation.
